This policy outlines Lemonvita's terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds for damaged or defective products.

Eligibility

Warning

This return policy applies only to orders placed through the official Lemonvita website at www.lemonvita.co with a valid order number. If you purchased from an authorized seller, please contact the place of purchase directly for return requests.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that arrive damaged, defective, or with quality issues. This includes items that are broken, leaking, contaminated, or significantly different from what was described.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or any reason unrelated to product damage or quality defects (first orders are separately covered by the Starter Guarantee — see below). As a dietary supplement, HairBooster™ Gummies require consistent use over an extended period — individual results depend on biology, adherence, and underlying conditions.

Qualifying Conditions for Return

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product arrived damaged during shipping (crushed packaging, broken seal, visible physical damage)
  • Product is defective (unusual colour, odour, texture, or contamination)
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery

Returns are not accepted (first orders are separately covered by the Starter Guarantee — see below) for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Dissatisfaction with product results or efficacy
  • Products that have been opened and partially consumed (unless defective)
  • Products not purchased through the official Lemonvita website

Return Process

All returns must be pre-approved. To request a return:

  1. Email info@lemonvita.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number
  2. Include clear photos showing the damage or defect
  3. Wait for our team to review and confirm your return request
  4. Once approved, follow the provided shipping instructions to return the item

Warning

Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed. Do not return any product before receiving confirmation from our team.

Return Shipping

For confirmed damaged or defective products, Lemonvita will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping expenses upon confirmation.

Customs duties, import taxes, and any government-imposed fees incurred during the return process are the customer's responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
  • Products without a valid order number from www.lemonvita.co

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective product, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost once the return is approved. If the same product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, as required by EU consumer protection law. The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs under the EU cooling-off period are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@lemonvita.co.

Note

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds cover the product purchase price only.

No Results-Based Refunds

Lemonvita does not provide refunds based on perceived efficacy or personal expectations. Hair supplements require consistent daily use over an extended period (typically 120–270 days) before visible changes may occur, and individual results vary based on hair loss type, severity, genetics, diet, and adherence — a "guaranteed results" badge would not be honest, and we do not take that shortcut.

We stand behind the quality and integrity of our products. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will make it right.

Note

Separately, your first order is covered by the Starter Guarantee — within 30 days of delivery, if the product isn't for you, the opened first bottle is refunded (up to HKD 320).
