Starter Guarantee

The Starter Guarantee is about fit: taste, texture, how the gummies feel to chew or swallow, digestive comfort, or simply "not for me." If your first bottle puts you off, we refund that bottle.

This guarantee is not about results. Hair supplements require consistent daily use over an extended period (typically 120–270 days) before visible changes may occur — for results expectations, see the timeframes in the usage guide. We do not refund based on perceived efficacy.

• Covers the first order per customer, of any size.
• Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Applies only to orders placed directly on lemonvita.co.
• Applies only to orders placed after this page went live — no retroactive claims.
• The first cycle of a subscription counts as the first order; an approved claim also cancels the subscription.
• One claim per customer.

The opened first bottle is refunded up to HKD 320 (the founders rate per bottle), to your original payment method.

Unopened bottles from a multi-bottle first order can be claimed as well if they are returned sealed, in the same parcel as the opened bottle. Every returned bottle is inspected: any "unopened" bottle that arrives opened is deducted from the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds cover the product purchase price only.
