HairBooster Gummies
Usage Guide
How to take HairBooster — serving levels, recommended protocol, timing, and what to expect over time.
Product Overview
What HairBooster Is
HairBooster is a sugar-free gummy supplement formulated with 18 research-grade ingredients targeting 10 biological pathways involved in hair health. Five headline botanical actives are supported by published randomised controlled trials (RCTs) or systematic reviews. The remaining 13 ingredients provide vitamin, mineral, and cofactor support grounded in established biochemistry.
The formula is 100% vegan, allergen-friendly (no gelatin, soy, or gluten), and designed for daily oral use.
HairBooster's Role
- Not a drug. It does not require a prescription and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Not a topical. It works from the inside through nutritional and botanical support.
- Not a replacement for prescription medication. Finasteride and minoxidil are more potent for androgenetic alopecia. HairBooster can complement them but is not a substitute.

How to Take HairBooster
Serving Levels
HairBooster uses a flexible 1x or 3x serving design that allows you to adjust based on your situation.
| Serving | Gummies / Day | Who It Is For | Headline Actives at Clinical Dose |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1x — Daily Maintenance | 2 gummies | Mild thinning, preventive intent, tolerance assessment, long-term baseline | 2 of 5 |
| 3x — Intensive Protocol | 6 gummies | Moderate AGA, active TE episodes; short-to-medium-term intensive use | 5 of 5 |
Warning
Do not exceed 6 gummies per day.
Recommended Protocol
- If experiencing active hair loss or significant shedding, start at 3x (6 gummies/day) for an intensive period. At this level, all five headline actives reach clinical or near-clinical doses. After the intensive phase, step down to 1x for ongoing maintenance.
- For prevention or maintenance (family history, early signs, mild thinning), 1x (2 gummies/day) is sufficient. The DHT-defense pathway is already active at this level.
Timing and Consistency
- Take with or after a meal for best absorption of fat-soluble ingredients (tocotrienols, vitamin D3).
- Consistency matters more than timing. Hair biology requires sustained daily intake over months — pair with an existing habit (morning coffee, a meal, brushing teeth) to build routine.
- Results depend on cumulative use over 3–6 months. A single missed day does not reset progress.
Missed Dose
Resume the next day at your normal dose. Do not double up to compensate. The biological pathways HairBooster supports — DHT modulation, antioxidant defense, micronutrient levels — are cumulative, not all-or-nothing.
What to Expect — Timeline
Note
These timelines are based on ingredient-level research. Individual responses vary depending on type and severity of hair loss, nutritional status, and genetics.
Days 1–60: Biochemical Foundation
Internal changes that are not yet visible. Cortisol levels begin to normalise (ashwagandha studies show measurable cortisol reduction within 60 days). Keratin production may increase. Some users notice reduced shedding — less hair on the pillow or in the shower. Micronutrient deficiencies (if present) begin correcting.
Tip
Hair starts to return to its normal growth cycle at this stage. Visible new growth and more noticeable results will come in the next phase.
Days 60–120: Biological Transition
DHT modulation and antioxidant defense are building. Micronutrient repletion reaches steady state. Some users notice less hair fall and early signs of new growth.
Days 120–180: Measurable Growth
This is where saw palmetto, tocotrienol, and pumpkin seed studies show their strongest data. Visible improvement in hair density and thickness becomes more likely.
Days 180–270+: Structural Maturation
Continued improvement. Hair shaft strength and diameter may increase. The longest-running ingredient studies showed continued gains at 8–9 months.
Honest Caveat
Note
Expected results are based on ingredient-level studies. The formula is designed to combine key ingredients across multiple pathways to amplify their effects.
Storage and General Notes
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep the container tightly sealed after each use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing.
- Individual results may vary. The clinical studies behind HairBooster's key ingredients showed measurable improvements in 60–80% of participants over 3–9 months. Some participants did not respond.
- This formula does not contain iron, L-cysteine, or NAC. If you have known deficiencies in these areas, targeted supplementation alongside HairBooster may be beneficial.
