The Founders Rate

On 16 August 2026 at 12:00 noon HKT, the box price restores to HKD 350. Before then, founders pricing applies as listed below.

The founders rate does not repeat, does not stack, and does not extend. It ends 16 August 2026 at 12:00 noon HKT.

The 2-Year Lock

Subscribe before the rate restoration and your founders rate is locked for 2 years, through 16 August 2028.

The lock persists through

  • Subscription pauses.
  • Payment method updates.
  • Payment recovery within 30 days of a failed charge.

The lock ends on

  • Cancellation.
  • Plan change (3-month <-> 6-month; Standard <-> Intensive; or a product switch).

From 16 August 2028, your plan bills at the then-current public rate for that plan. No surcharge. No back-billing. The rate ages out; the account stays.

Tip

The activation rate is the rate. It does not change.

First-Order Benefit

Depending on how you arrived at the window, one of the following applies to your first order. They do not combine.

If we emailed you a code

Enter it at checkout. The code is single-use, applies to the first order only, and combines with the founders rate.

If you joined the HairBooster waitlist, or ordered our original hair vitamin gummies

Your first order needs a bundle (3, 6, 9, or 18 boxes) plus one single-box add-on. The bundle can be one-time or subscription; the single box must be one-time. The single box is free. The email link lands on a cart with everything pre-applied. Single use.

If you have no code and no prior order with us

The founders rate and the 2-year lock are already yours. No code required.

The lock terms are identical for every path once the subscription is live.

FAQ

What happens to my subscription after the window closes?

Your subscription continues at the founders rate through 16 August 2028. After that, it bills at the then-current public rate for that plan.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancellation ends the lock. If you re-subscribe later, a new contract opens at the then-current public rate.

I bought HairBooster in April before the launch. What happens?

Customers who purchased HairBooster between 5 April and 7 May 2026 are addressed by direct email. You are not overlooked.

Can I share my code with a friend?

  • All subscriptions are processed through Shopify and Appstle.
  • Cancellation, plan change, and resumption are self-serve inside your customer account.

An exclusive code for you, applies to the first order only.

Can I combine my code with the extra-box offer?

No. Each customer receives exactly one first-order benefit during the founders window. Your email contains the link or code specific to your account.

My payment failed. Does that end the lock?

The lock continues while payment is recovered within 30 days. Past 30 days without recovery, the lock ends.

Will you tell me when the 2 years are approaching the end?

Yes. Before the lock expires on 16 August 2028, you will hear from us with the then-current public rate for your plan. Unless you cancel before expiry, the subscription auto-renews at that rate.

Does the subscription lock apply to both Standard and Intensive doses?

Both. The lock is set to the specific plan you activated. A plan change opens a new contract at the then-current public rate.

Standard vs. Intensive - what's the difference?

Same formula, different intake. Standard = 1 box/month over the protocol window; Intensive = 3 boxes/month over the same window. Both lock the founders rate.
